The panel of the 80cm portable banquet round table has a dense molecular structure and a smooth surface. The microscopic level forms a lotus leaf-like hydrophobic effect, making it difficult for common stains such as oil stains, sauces, and soups to adhere. When food residues are accidentally spilled, liquid stains will gather into beads due to surface tension, while solid particles will slide directly, and only a small amount of residue will temporarily remain on the surface. This characteristic fundamentally blocks the path for stains to invade the interior of the material, greatly reducing the difficulty of cleaning. Compared with ordinary plastic panels, the amount of stain residue is significantly reduced.

In daily cleaning, most cleaning tasks can be completed by simply soaking a damp cloth or non-woven fabric and gently wiping the surface. For mild oil stains, use a neutral detergent with the electrostatic adsorption effect of a microfiber cloth to restore the surface gloss with a single wipe. If you encounter stubborn stains, you can use a soft nylon brush or silicone sponge to gently scrub, which can effectively remove stains without damaging the panel coating. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, this process is more efficient and gentler, ensuring that the panel remains smooth to the touch after long-term use.

The chemical stability of HDPE panels stems from the inert characteristics of their carbon chain structure, which can withstand common cleaning agents such as chlorine-containing disinfectants, quaternary ammonium salts and peracetic acid. In the long-term chemical immersion test, the panel surface did not swell, discolor or mechanical property degradation. This feature makes it compatible with food-grade disinfection processes in banquet scenes. Even if it is repeatedly wiped with alcohol-containing wipes, it will not cause the material to become brittle or precipitate harmful substances, providing double protection for catering safety.

HDPE panels adopt a double-layer composite process, with a high-crystallinity matrix as the bottom layer and a UV-cured wear-resistant coating on the surface, which can resist scratches from metal tableware and ceramic utensils. In the wear test, only very slight scratches appeared on the panel surface, far below the visible threshold. Actual measured data shows that after years of continuous use, the panel still maintains a mirror-grade finish without the need for polishing and maintenance.

By adding antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers, the anti-aging performance of HDPE panels has been greatly improved. In the accelerated aging test, after simulating years of outdoor environment, the color difference of the panel is very small, and the tensile strength and impact toughness decay slightly. In actual cases, the panels used outdoors still have no powdering and cracking after years of continuous use, the surface performance is stable, and the service life is significantly longer than that of traditional plastic panels.

Based on the durability and self-cleaning characteristics of HDPE panels, its maintenance cost is greatly reduced. Traditional banquet tables require regular polishing, repainting and structural reinforcement, while the annual average maintenance cost of HDPE panel products is extremely low, and the return rate during the warranty period is almost zero. By eliminating regular maintenance and reducing downtime maintenance time, a single table can indirectly create considerable operational value every year.

HDPE plastic has a high recycling rate, and only simple processing is required during the recycling process to regenerate it into granular raw materials. The performance of panels made of recycled materials is very different from that of virgin materials, and can be recycled indefinitely. Taking large-scale applications as an example, the use of recycling processes can greatly reduce carbon emissions and production energy consumption. At present, the industry has established a closed-loop recycling system, and users can exchange old panels for new purchase discounts, which greatly increases the recycling rate of resources.
